Creating a "signature" which attaches to every e-mail you send in webmail

A “signature” is the text you commonly see at the end of e-mail messages. For example:

>> John H. Example
>> President and CEO
>> 12345 Fake St.
>> Some Town, CA 12345
>> Phone: 444-555-4444
>> Fax: 444-555-5555

To enable this functionality in the webmail system:

  1. Log into your webmail, and click “Options” from the menu on the top.
  2. Choose “Personal Information” from the menu.
  3. In the text box marked “Signature:” type in what you would like to appear at the bottom of each e-mail.
  4. On the option that says “Use Signature” toggle the option to “Yes.”
  5. Click “Submit” to save the changes.

Now when you compose or reply an e-mail, your signature should automatically appear at the bottom of each e-mail.
